The Calm Before the Dumb

I think I may be very close to doing something dumb.

There have been years of preparation for this dumb moment. Since I was in college, I wanted to do this. I knew it was dumb then, I know it's dumb now, I still want to do it.

This is going to be dumb. Unless I chicken out, which might be for the best. saturniidae has promised to come with me. I await her phone call.
