Science sucks.

Just ran a gel on Tubulin PCR for the cells we've been so excited about. The tubulin band flies up with passage number, and the internal standard holds steady. This is no good, because now we can't show that some receptor types are increasing with passage anymore (Tubulin is supposed to hold steady through passage number.). Maybe something went wrong with the control. I hope so. :/

Maybe Tubulin gets upregulated here, too. That would be surprising.
