I'll probably have the wood-grilled salmon fillet. The most important thing is to remember that I already have a good job, so the only pressure here is coming from me. Can't seem to help feeling a little nervous, though. I think the company is younger and smaller than I'd like it to be. I think managing a tiny R&D department would be easy, but I think they want more, and so do I. I don't know how much more, and I don't think they do, either.
