housemate wanted

rojagato is moving into spitcurl's old apartment! That means I'm down one awesome housemate, and I have to find another. So far, it looks like developer is on deck. I'm getting the word out anyway, just in case.

1st flr, 2br, free laundry in basement, front and back porches, shared basement storage, fantastic live-in landlord (arcanus, DJ Arcanus to you), off-street parking, 180-gallon aquarium in the dining room (heh)... This place rules. Probably available 4/1, or maybe 5/1. (That depends on how Spitcurl's apartment search goes.) [Edit: 4/1. Spitcurl signed a lease!] Located off Mass Ave in Arlington, so you'll want a car or bicycle, unless you like long bus rides. Pets on a case-by-case. Rent ~$800ish, possibly negotiable.
