Say your brand-new speakers arrived with a power supply that rattled when you took it out of the box, and buzzes when you plug it in. Say you're done cursing about that. If the power supply says

on it, can you just walk into an electronics store and find another one with similar specs? Yes, the manufacturer should replace this free of charge, but I'd rather use the speakers tonight, not in a month.

for the information, fellas. DigiKey's live online help told me they have no matching power supplies. I left a VM with the manufacturer, and then called the vendor. The vendor is sending me a second set of speakers and a postpaid return label.

The replacements will arrive on Tuesday. Son of a-...WAIT! I have headphones here.
