initiate whining sequence

There's an angry marble near the inferior margin of my left Rhomboideus major insertion. It grew steadily for a week or two, and went supernova yesterday morning. It was nasty enough to reduce my tidal volume. Ow.

I left work early and saw goat for a beating. She did a bang-up job, as always, and I felt much relieved... for about fifteen minutes. Then the little fucker came back! I tried laying in all sorts of awkward positions last night, to see if one of them would dull the pain. No luck. Ow.

This morning, I said yes to drugs. Let's see if Ibuprofen does anything. Ow.

No Soo Bahk Do for me this evening. Any sudden movement in the scapular sling is currently inadvisable. Ow.
