request bicycle tweaking help

I have moustache handlebars and a bar-end shifter. Will you help me install them? You must have proper cable routing and handlebar wrapping skills. Tomorrow night's no good, unless you show up at 10PM. Friday evening is good. Saturday is wide open. Sunday is partially free.
