When (1) it is too hot to eat, and
Sep. 1st, 2010 09:40 pm(2) you're too lazy to do anything complicated, but (3) you care moderately about your nutrition, go rike dis:
rice milk, 2c
frozen bananas you forgot about, 1 or 2
honey, 2tsp
whey protein powder*, 3tbsp
maybe a few ice cubes
Blenderify the milk, bananas, and honey first. Then add the protein bit by bit, unless you like chalky lumps in your glass. Ice cubes can go last. They're optional. I recommend them, though. This shit turned out too warm without them.
* Options for whey protein abound. I buy this stuff because it can be ordered without any additives, and because it has no soy lecithin in it. Now, I have no beef with soy lecithin, but it's present is so many products, I'll pass on it when it's easy to.
