My introduction to Parkour was very enjoyable, but I can see that the injuries I would regularly sustain in continued practice would interfere with progress in Wing Chun, iron hand, and general fitness conditioning. I prefer to get bruised, scraped, and humiliated while learning kung fu; and if I want soreness, I'll get it from kettlebells. :)
