the "limit" part of limit strength
Mar. 11th, 2004 10:18 pmI ony got two reps in, and they weren't that solid. The grip was failing, the form was off a bit. I realized I was afraid of the weight. No more DL's tonight. Tomorrow I'll step back to yesterday's level, and finish the cycle with that. Good cycle -- new personal best and everything -- but boy am I glad it's just about over.
So it will be 85, 95, 105, 110(nope!), 105 this week.

Date: 2004-03-12 04:13 am (UTC)I have taken to doing a step cycle, usually 2 sessions with a given weight before moving up. Often the first session I can't get 5 reps. Next time the 5 feels okay.
