3X25 swings. Breakthrough in technique: now pulling harder from top of glutes. Feels more correct.
2(3X10) consecutive hang cleans. Tasty.
2(2X10) push-press-like things. Need to watch the tape again. Dunno what they really are.

I was the only one who saw it. A very pretty young woman, with long, soft, sandy hair. Crew team type. Lacrosse type. She exited the train at Park Street. Yes, my eyes wandered a little, and that's why I saw it despite the thick crowd: From the right, behind her, a couple of fingers reached out and swept up, forward, in a subtle, efficient, practiced movement, towards her (apparently) irresistible tush. They brushed her right cheek. My eyes shot up the hand, the arm. It was heavy-set white man, greying, with a moustache. He looked away, but I caught a poker face with a trace of satisfaction in it. The girl turned her head a little, almost absent-mindedly, saw nothing, and showed no reaction. Maybe it felt exactly like a briefcase or something.

I've had dreams lately, but I can't remember them well. There were bison in one.

There's a bad short story called The Allies in which an alien race systemically exterminates all humans, sparing other life forms as much as possible. Only a few hundred thousand people escape in hastily-built spacecraft. A single spaceship returns, millions of years later (to the travelers, only months have passed), to find the Earth covered in wildlife. Megafauna have returned to America, whales travel in great herds, new old growth forest stands where capital cities once did, and the Amazon Basin is unimaginably richer than the one we know. That shit blows my mind. Makes me all woozy to think about it.

Here's the comic relief, okay? Quote from the story:

We had been gone long enough for new species to have tentatively evolved... An extraordinary sort of lungfish had virtually colonized the coasts of the Japanese Home Islands and seemed to be undertaking a kind of aquaculture involving seaweed and kelp.

I am not making this up.

So did those upside-down big-teethed bat-things from "After Man" show up too? And how about aquatic apes?

*bwaaar, har har..*

I remember that. I think I even saw the exhibit at the Boston Museum of Science. I believe there were flippered hippos, too.
