I've been very, very bad for two whole weeks. I ate fatty things, and I did not exercise. It's time to pay. Naturally, I'll do so in small installments, at first. No sense in tearing off an arm.

4X15 one-arm swings
2(3X10) cleans
2(2X5) military presses
5X12 pushups

I haven't done these yet. I'm staring at the screen, thinking how much I don't feel like doing 'em. I'm running out of excuses. I drank water, I fed the fish... Ugh.
