Here we go again.

Here we have newly-polished (pronounced "harder") swings, the temporary omission of hang cleans (to focus on the full hip snap), and my new trick: snatches.
Yesterday there were 20X3 swings (and I felt them more than 25X4 of the ones I used to do), 2(3X10) "swing" cleans (they seem to hit the biceps more and the rhomboids less, and they're a bitch after real swings), 2(2X3) pull snatches (no need to get overzealous), 2(3X5) military presses.
Today there were 20X3 swings, 2(2X5) pull snatches, 2(3X5) military presses, and 5X12 "Bottleimp Shoulder-Sparing" pushups.
Yes, these are sissy workouts. When overcoming a slump, I take what I can get. Tomorrow will be more intense, and so forth.
