annabelle last night. It's been many months! Stuck to the 'eights, and had no falls. The technique definitely stays with you longer than the grip strength.
(I don't think this really constituted a workout, but I'll list it as such, in order to feel diligent. Hey, I had a salad for dinner, okay?)
