Just got my flu shot. Figured I should, since it works better than flagellation.

Did a statistically significant number of Flagellants survive the Plague, above the normal population? Did they injure themselves to the point of delirium, and stimulate their immune systems?

damnit. we're trying to get ethan's flu shot and the only thing left is the stupid nasal spray, which isn't as good, plus it's a live culture...blech

DUMC is out of vaccine for all but asthmatic immune-compromised infants.
As for flagellation, who needs it? I have my bucket.

I am way past psyched for how well the dousing is working since I started doing it outside with the bucket. It's brutal, make no mistake, and every morning is just as hard as the one before.

But since I started I've had one sick day, when I caught the Bear's stomach bug, and on that day, after 2 buckets I felt so good I spent the day doing housework and taking care of the whole sick crew. It rocks; gives you the immune system of- um, of some kind of animal with a really good immune system.
