Vasovagal Syncope!

Yesterday, I slept until about 11. Got up, felt much better than I did on Thursday. Wasn't really hungry. Had OJ. Went to work.

Arrived at work. Put down my bag, shed my coat, etc. Perceived the need to clear the sinuses, entered the men's room. Blew nose.
