I just have to do this SERT one again. Primers didn't prime last time, I don't know why. They looked real bright, just hangin' out at the bottom of the gel, there. Hmph.
Ever since I started this LJ, I've updated online. It's the way I did it the very first time, and I've never made myself learn to use any of the client software.
Once in a while, I lose an entry to server/network problems. Sometimes it's a big entry, full of stuff I don't want to write all over again. Like this time. I fucking fucking fucking hate that. I'm mad mad mad mad mad mad mad mad mad mad mad mad mad.
