today sucks already

The day starts with oatmeal (thanks, sadira). Then comes the third coat of primer. The previous tenant painted their walls dark blue :/. Priming has to be first, because I can't paint until 24 hours later. Stupid humidity. After priming, I have to go clear out the old place, and do some cleaning. Then I have to start hauling previous tenants' abandoned shit out of the new basement, so that I can empty my old basement. The final step, which will not take place today, will be the transfer of the fish that atalanta and mrzero were kind enough to let me stash in the old basement. That will have to wait until the new place is ready. I really hope that plumber shows up tomorrow. 55 gallons of Fluffywater up the stairs was no fun at all.

The only part of today I like is the oatmeal. Man, today even started with emotionally unpleasant dreams. That always makes me grumpy in the morning.

I'm putting off leaving sadira's place. It's the only real living space I'll see all day. I look like a person who's been moving for four days. Face all puffy and sunken and clammy. I'm a little spic moving zombie now.
