This evening will be spent counting bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells. Some will have fragmented nuclei, and some will not. It will be very boring, and possibly quite slow.

The longer I procrastinate, the later I'll be in the lab. Bleh.

This CD-ROM drive is busted or something. I'll go home and count cells on my bigger-monitored, better-processored computer. I really hope I can make myself do it. Productivity and focus can be issues when one works from home. I have always maintained that if the telecommuter is genuinely interested in the task at hand, working from home poses no distraction. Unfortunately, this crap isn't exactly riveting.
