If I don't swing the 'bell tonight, somebody needs to kick my ass. I've been slacking, and that colors my mind when I'm not looking. I have a prescription for one-armed swings, "walks" (wandering around holding the 'bell straight overhead in preparation for snatches), military presses, and a shitload of cleans, probably in that order (so I don't brain myself during the walks).

I need to call HR back today. Please specify this and that in the offer letter. I'll sign it and fax it back. Oh, and I should talk to the administrative assistant here. Doot.
