diet and exercise, bitches, again

Boil one package of Stop&Shop Enjoy Basil Straccetti noodles with a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of olive oil. Meanwhile, get three differently-colored bell peppers* and cut them in half. Cut half of each pepper into strips (7mm x 40mm is good). Use the other halves for something else. For example, you could feed them to a tortoise, if you have one. Put as big a blob of chopped garlic as you should into a large frying pan. Add some olive oil, low-sodium soy sauce, freshly-ground peppercorns, a bit of cayenne pepper, and a couple of splashes of red table wine. When that's all boiling, add the pepper strips. Don't cook them for long -- you want them to stay a little crisp, because soggy peppers are gross. Strain the noodles, dump them into an enormous mixing bowl, and add Classico Florentine Spinach and Cheese pasta sauce to taste. Dump the peppers and and such on top of that, mix, and serve. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on top. Looks terrible, but it tastes great.
* It's a fact: Colorful food tastes better.
