Much easier than expected, but I don't regret buying the single: There's plenty of two-handed stuff I can learn, and it will come in handy for teaching.

I was just scanning yours to see if it was about something I was interested in....and got stopped at Turkish. It happens every day! I think "whoa, Turkish .....oh working out." :-)

Try them at one-minute intervals rather than with one minute rest between. That's fun because you get less rest as you slow down. Heh.

Oh! So one TGU (right or left, not both), plus whatever rest I can get, should fit in each minute? I totally did it wrong. I'll get it right next time.

Meh, you can do them however. But the "one every time the little hand hits twelve" is interesting because the fatigue (and pressure, and HR) ramps up over time. Eventually it starts to feel squirrelly and you quit.

show me these sometime. Im kinda keen on the near 110lbs and actually seeing my abs and these crazy little indentations at the top of my abs on either side (kinda near the bottom of the ribs).

still hate running... need to find a better cardio since stamina still sucks arse. yoga/taichi/construction work not great for stamina. (me. doing construction work. whoda thunk)

hehe. there is a Noir outing upon my return (i actually get back a tad earlier but am spending that time sequestered with M :)
