A hypoxia experiment, through multiple RIPA harvests, with a Bradford. Two scintillation counts, two more 96-well plates to harvest. A Western, from primary to autorad. Then I have cell culture crap to do.

Today is an easy day. :P

The sooner I'm done with all this, the sooner my weekend starts. Timer just went off. Time to... um... (*shuffle notes*) ... spin down some RIPA lysates. Yeah.

At work is the same ol' crap, except that the lab mgr is in full-on "you're a bad employee and we're lucky you're leaving" mode. Not actually saying that, mind you, just giving me the silent treatment except to nitpick and to find fault. Whatever, dude. Wanna see my "Goodbye Dance?" Bwahahahahah!
