She gave me the phone number of the person in charge of the PATH program (dunno what it stands for), which sets up clients with favored body shops. I made it clear that the main problem isn't that SENTRY LINCOLN MERCURY IN MEDFORD, MASSACHUSETTS jerked me around repeatedly, but that their repair is of unacceptable quality, and that I won't take the car the way it is.
The head of the PATH program is at a meeting. I've got his direct number, so I'll try him in an hour or so.

This is why I wanted to kill that woman the second she bumped my car. I knew I was in for all this. Big, huge pet peeve: paying, in time or money or stress (or maybe all three), for someone else's fuck-up.
