The movie Constantine has too much CGI, too many dumb special effects. Use real cows, guys. The best part was the "car accident" near the very beginning. Neat.

I wish Keanu Reeves would retire. He kinda sucks.

Went to Xmortis. Many pirates. Big crowd. I'm pleased the event is doing well. Shouldn't have done the tequila shots. Head hurty next morning.

darla's Jeep kept us from starving during the last snowstorm. Made it to the supermarket and back over horrible road conditions. I'd still never want an SUV, but a gigantic old pickup truck would be nice for the winter... Performed maintenance on 3 aquaria that evening, then stayed snowbound. Ate gnocchi, if that's how it's spelled, with Darla and rojagato.

Sunday -- canongrrl's photo thing at Club Passim. Oooh, and then Rojagato and Darla and I met badriyaz's new tube rat. Ronan is very playful. Also comically fat, which will be remedied with diet and exercise.

Performed maintenance on the 55-gallon drum today. The rhinos are looking great, and the apple snails are growing like weeds.

See, I'm a fan of the comic book (Hellblazer), and I'm still just insulted that they would even *think* of casting Reeves as the title charactor. I'll probably still see it, but I'm waiting until it goes to video.
