3x15 swing
2(2x6) snatch
2(2x8) clean
2(2x5) bent press
2(2x3) windmill
4x12 pushup
This is what I intend to do. I'm writing it up so I'll feel obligated.
Edit: I left out the windmills. It seemed like the smart thing to do, after doing bent presses for the first time in two months.
