It's time for more exercise.

3x15 swing
2(2x6) snatch
2(2x8) clean
2(2x5) bent press
2(2x3) windmill
4x12 pushup

This is what I intend to do. I'm writing it up so I'll feel obligated.

Edit: I left out the windmills. It seemed like the smart thing to do, after doing bent presses for the first time in two months.

You know, I still haven't started bent pressing. I guess I could start with something light and work up, huh? Windmills are supposed to be BP prep, so I guess there's no reason not to.

I did it backwards! I always thought windmills looked harder, so I tried them last. Whoops. :)

Hmm... perhaps I could take windmills out of the WO and sub in bent presses. Start with 53 and work up to something heterosexual...

The problem is that the mgt. at the Y might very well have me shot if I started doing them with a bar. The windmills freak them out enough as it is, although I get the vibe from the trainers there that they have just decided to stand back and say "Okay, best not to bother him."
