2(2x6) snatch
2(2x8) clean
2(2x5) bent press
2(2x3) windmill
4x12 pushup
This is what I intend to do. I'm writing it up so I'll feel obligated.
Edit: I left out the windmills. It seemed like the smart thing to do, after doing bent presses for the first time in two months.

The windmills freak them out enough as it is, although I get the vibe from the trainers there that they have just decided to stand back and say "Okay, best not to bother him."
