2x10 swing
clean-squat-jerk (three separate motions -- can't squatjerk this thing yet): 2R, rest, 2L, rest, 2R2L, rest, 2R2L.
snatch: 1R (ugly). 1L? (ABORT)
2(2x3) windmill
2(2x5) hang clean
under the leg pass: two runs to near-fatigue (didn't take long)
This experiment had more to do with boredom (and fear of losing momentum thereby) than feeling ready to move up. I'm still afraid of this weight. I could feel my mind quitting earlier than the rest of me.
Finished up with 5x12 pushups.
