fudjo has purchased a kettlebell. He's having it shipped here, so we can review the basics before he takes it home to torture improve himself with it. Later, I hope to convince him that playing catch with a big medicine ball is fun. I've been wanting a medicine ball, but once mrzero leaves town, who would I throw it at?

I don't wear Pavel pants, so you couldn't blame me. Besides, pants have nothing to do with my, um, singular condition, apart from a more comfortable fit under certain circumstances. *snort*

I taught him deadlifts -- that's all. He took off from there, with much enabling from bottleimp. I refuse to accept responsibilitaah if mrzero starts wearing his pants up to his nipples.
