I feel woozy.


* I'm stretching the definition of a "rep" for this one. The left arm needed a little help from the right at the sticky part of both attempts. :P

It's a screwup. I meant "clean-squat-jerk." Typed that up right after I finished the workout. There was no blood in my brain.

Come to think of it, that could be another fairly evil complex.

Clean to shoulder, drop it and immediately snatch it on recovery. Drop it from overhead to the shoulder, and turn that dip into an immediate jerk. Drop it from overhead to bottom, clean and repeat.

Basically, any sequence of exercises that you can think of how to link together can be a nasty Kb complex. And they all suck, although the CSJ sucks really, really hard.
