Date: 2005-04-22 02:04 am (UTC)Clean to shoulder, drop it and immediately snatch it on recovery. Drop it from overhead to the shoulder, and turn that dip into an immediate jerk. Drop it from overhead to bottom, clean and repeat.
Basically, any sequence of exercises that you can think of how to link together can be a nasty Kb complex. And they all suck, although the CSJ sucks really, really hard.
