Holy cow, that was some party. Many happy wishes to the birthday girls, spitcurl and labellmargaux. I would have stayed later, but I'm kinda knocked out from parentsitting and translating. Sleep calls so sweetly, like a chicken pesto pizza dinner after Slim Fast for breakfast and lunch. (Shut up. Tomatoes are good for you.)

I find that the myoplex is not tootogenic. Reading the label, it's definitely not worth the money and I generally prefer real food. But hey, when it's free it's an easy way to get a good protein/carbohydrate ratio in me after the gym.
