Just to let everyone know, we ran out of [product name] Boxes today (P/N [#]), and were unable to complete the final packaging of one of the lots. A new lot of boxes is already on order, and they will be shipped from [somewhere] on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery here.

WHEN THESE BOXES COME IN THEY WILL NEED TO BE RELEASED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE !!
