Your numbers are your numbers, honestly obtained. Nothing else matters.
This is true, and I wish to dispel a possible misunderstanding: When I'm embarrassed about my poundages, it has nothing to do with what other people can lift. I only compare my current performance to my past performance, knowing that if I applied myself better, I wouldn't be retracing my steps as much.
Anyway, here are all the numbers for today:
deadlift: 2x5 @205lb
military press: 2x2 @24kg, 2x2 @32kg, 2x5 @24kg
overhand pull-up: 2x5
military press: 2x2 @32kg
push-up: 5x12
Two down, twenty-eight to go on this pact.
Bottleimp was right: The center-suspended pull-ups are much easier than expected, no doubt thanks to the PTP background. I should be ready to add some iron soon. :)
