* Arr, har har... I thought I might be able to pull this just once, with the aid of wrist straps. The bar didn't budge. Lookitme, nine days in, and already trying for a new personal best. ;P
** An interesting experiment. No second set, because I had to bail and pause on rep 3L.

Date: 2006-05-31 01:43 am (UTC)I want to do KB OHSQ, but it feels really shaky and there's no one I feel good about spotting it. I guess I'll do it outside and make some craters.
If I end up back at Yuppie Hell I could at least try for more weight on my barbell OHSQ.
