One-third of the way through! Took it easy today. I've had no injuries or warning signs, but I want to keep it that way, so I can reach my thirty-days-straight goal. Note the absence of deadlifts, military presses, and pull-ups. I consider those my bread and butter during this experiment, and I wanted to give them a rest.
Ten days down, twenty to go.
* Okay, that shit just wasn't happening today. Felt so wrong, I didn't even bother stepping down to the 1.5. NEXT!
