rojagato was already fast asleep, my guests
mrzero and
atalanta were well on their way, and I was quite ready for bed, myself; so loud and long/intense was not a good option. The weather was perfect for cycling, but I was waaay too sleepy to leave the house again.

I can perform heavy military presses better with my eyes closed. Visual feedback is very important for balance, so I don't know why this works for me, but the difference is marked.
