I have a small headache.

Today work was a pain in my ass, but then my boss gave me a Xmas card with lots of money in it (?!). I have to get her something now. Truffles, I think. Mostly because I want to try them.

Picked up the girl and her mom at Logan. 2.5 hour delay -- arrival time 1:52am. *yawn*
Glad I'm not working tomorrow.

Found out that replacing the rear frame rails on the Buick won't be cheap, but it's technically feasible. Might also be able to fishplate it, which would cost less; depends on the severity of the rust.

This car project is complicated. Lots of phases, lots of changes, lots of fun. It's a highly engrossing creative outlet. LT1/T56 powertrain, and whatever it takes to make it handle as well as a GNX. I need to learn about rear diffs. What's inside a Ford 9"? What does it do? I hope I'm still this enthusiastic after I've blown $10K or so.

Do you mean the truffles that are confections filled with fluffy chocolate stuff, or the underground French fungus? Because the fungus ones are traditionally supposed to be an aphrodisiac, and are certainly in the realm of "sex food."
