Either who or whom will do there. Which is to say whom is the appropriate form in a prescriptivist, pedantic sort of way, and who is the form that English has been moving toward, pedantic prescriptions notwithstanding. Just make sure not to use whom when only who would work, because the only thing worse than pedantry is ignorant pedantry. In short, when in doubt, use who.

Replace the subject with "he" or "she" it's a who.
"him" or "her", it's a whom...
In your sentence, you'd have to rearrange things a bit... but to determine the who/whom quandary, in short, you could write..
"I haven't seen him in umpteen years"
not "I haven't seen he in umpteen years".
