I'm feeling considerably better than I was earlier. In a few minutes, I'll be off to spend Christmas with the folks. My kid cousin is visiting this year, and her head will explode when she gets her iPod. Mom gasped when I told her how much it cost. I said, "Yeah, and you owe me half!"

May the holidays treat you and yours well. See to your friends in need, so hardships will bring us closer together. Tell someone you love them (while sober). Eat pie.

I should be back tomorrow night or Wednesday.
