Jan. 21st, 2008 08:33 pmI tried Turkish Get-Up intervals with my 1.5, but it was... less safe than when I was in top form, let's say. I tried using the trainer 'bell set to 25lbs, but it's the wrong shape. Did a little rope, some MPs, some chinups, and some PUs instead.
The DHL guy will hate me again, but only half as much as when I ordered the double. I really want those squat-type TGUs in my arsenal.
When you mix couscous, dehydrated spinach, dehydrated tomato, chick peas, chopped garlic, salt, mixed peppercorns, cayenne pepper, olive oil, and Wheatena (!), you get something much better than you'd expect. Seriously, it sounds awful, but it tastes great. Cumin! There's cumin in here, too. Don't forget the cumin.
