not so good
Feb. 10th, 2008 02:13 pmI can't remember when, but I performed sixteen squat-TGUs @24kg in 1' intervals a few days back. Form was good. Stopped when the left arm got nervous.
Today, I stopped at fourteen, because I like having shoulder joints. Next came the medium-grip underhand chins, 2x5, and the push-ups, 4x10.
I'm disgusted with myself. It's time to set priorities:
1. work
2. diet and training
3. everything else
