Mixed dry beans, a quart of chicken broth, a few chicken+spinach sausages cut into miniature drag slicks, chopped onions, chopped garlic, chopped butternut squash, chopped carrots, water, cayenne pepper, cumin, mixed ground peppercorns. Boiled the shit out of everything. It's really good! I made lunch cartridges and separated some broth for flavoring rice.
Atrocious Recipe entries aren't all that exciting, I know -- especially when they're coupled with a Weak-Ass Workout -- but they're important: They tell me I didn't just pass out the minute I got home from work, and they suggest that less embarrassing training sessions will re-enter my life.
8x2' rope (2' on, 2' off)
a few push-ups and weak abdominal exercises thrown in during rest periods
a little stretching
