Took a couple of days off. Today,

STGU RL, 1' intervals, 4 @24kg
STGU, alternating, one per 1' interval, 3 @24kg
underhand pull-up 2x5
push-up 4x12

Oof, my noodly little arms.

Re: STGU -- I think the transitions out of rock-bottom squat, upwards and downwards, are the movements I need to improve the most. Supporting the pressing shoulder is most critical at those points, and that's where my form suffers first.
