I love digging through and re-discovering my formative music. No really -- this is good. Not even bottleimp will make fun of me for it.

I'm just sayin', I loved Curve and I had completely forgotten about them.

The only reason I found them was that I was an indie radio DJ at the time and reading British music mags. They really didn't get the push they should've in this country.

Lepido's post has now made me grumpy, because I realized that the only reason I ever heard them was because I was living in LaProv and listening to WBRU all the time. They had that song on rotation during one of the periods when they were playing some good stuff.

And now? I'm guaranteed to hear "Freebird" at least 2x per week, just by virtue of walking around. :/
