On this subject, I am having my usual "Sweet jeebus I am stupid for forgetting this" moment. I started hitting the KB front squats really hard, and once again, the first few days were "Ow, ow, ow, my knees" and then suddenly, my knees feel great.

Why oh why do I keep forgetting to regularly do the things that I have found to be helpful? I need to make a list of Stuff To Do.

My buns of steel are back, on account of the "S" part of the STGUs. Honestly, they feel a bit foreign. Wasn't expecting them to return so soon.
