Today I tried 2-hand anyhows with my two lighter kettlebells (16kg and 24kg). Right-side-up was messy. Left-side-up was ABORT. I should be able to do these, so I suspect my form is off.
Here is Arthur Saxon doing a 2-hand anyhow with... a lot.
His world record of 448lbs (336lb barbell, 112lb kettlebell), set early in the 20th century, still stands.

I am thinking in investing in some kettlebells....I love the range of motion they offer snd want to add something new to my lifting routine. Also, they seem to require some pretty strict form and I am looking to improve mine :)
