LTGU 2x5 RL @16kg
underhand pull-up +16kg, 5
underhand pull-up, 2x5
military press, 2x5 RL @24kg
jerk, 2x5 RL @32kg
push-up 3x12
STGU were more intuitive at first, so that's where I started. They are better for the glutes, but LTGU feel superior for the core and scapular sling, as well as safer for the knee and shoulder joints. They're also more elegant. I'll do front squats to maintain the Spetsnaz-Butt.
