I've been lax. I'm displeased with myself.

Lunge-Style Turkish Get-Ups put a lot of weight on the tibial tuberosity, which causes a problem if you had Osgood-Schlatter as a teen. The footwork sends small floor mats sailing across the room (first-hand experience), and big mats are cumbersome, so I bought volleyball knee pads. They're working beautifully.

military press 2 x (32kg, 32kg, 24kg, 24kg, 24kg) RL

Those were my first 24kg lunge-style Turkish Get-Ups. They're surprisingly demanding.
