The quarter turks aren't quite right yet.

PWNED the two-hands anyhows, as seen here (but lighter). The secret is to tip as far as possible before picking up the trailer.

I decided that for this 2-3 wks of Hateballs, I will use the 1/4Turk as my ab thing. We'll see if the Bionic Midsection is in the offing.

Do you use a little "tap" with your forward leg on the trailing arm to get that weight curled up and ready to rise?

I don't think I do. I just get way the hell down there, so that the trailing arm is deeply bent from the get-go.
