Poor time management on my part, so I only had a few minutes. Had to make them count.

These were not consecutive reps! I put the bell down for a breath or two in between.

CSJ sux if you don't put down the bell. I guess it's that chronic compression of the rib cage. GS guys learn to deal with that, but it totally kicks my ass.

I have "good intentions" of regularly jerking the 88 in prep for working up to a press. We'll see.

I have to figure out specs for this thing (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v624/urbandruid/100_2122.jpg). I think it takes less than 1ft^3 inner volume to hit 45 kilos, assuming a steel cylinder with a dry sand fill. Oof. I'm in no rush.
